Corporate Empowerment is a positive, results-oriented planning consulting and people
development firm. We work with small to medium-sized companies and organizations to custom design
Strategic Plans and People Development programs.
These programs are individually tailored to the client's unique and specific mix of needs, goals and customer
expectations.
Many consultants and business advisors prescribe cures for symptoms, not cures for problems. Desirable business
performance is a result of three critical factors:
- An implemented, updated strategic and business plan that reflects current market conditions.
- Each employee "buying in" to the plan, knowing their relationship to the plan, focusing on the success
of the organization, and directed toward customer satisfaction.
- Being able to align employee behavior with the results the strategy calls for.
I work with organizations to help them create the future they want for themselves and their business through strategic
thinking, business planning, and goal attainment.
The second part of my business is to develop the professional skills of the people. The programs extend from executive
leadership to customer service (boardroom to boiler room). This phase is accomplished by seminars, workshops, and
one-on-one coaching.

Strategic Planning and People Development. My
approach is different from many consultants. Often consultants analyze an organization from the "what's wrong"
point of view. Corporate Empowerment focuses on planning to prevent and minimize surprises and "things going
wrong."
We can work with senior staff to create crucial strategy, or, if a strategic plan exists, but needs updating to address
the current business climate, the critical changes can be made without creating a whole new plan.
If a solid strategic plan is in place, we can provide:
